La situación del alojamiento es buena, cerca del metro que va de la uptown a la downtowm, cerca de central park. El personal del alojamiento es muy amable y atento. Sin embargo la limpieza del alojamiento deja mucho que desear, además los apartamentos son bastante antiguos y mal conservados.
