The location of the apartment is perfect: it's on a 5-minute walk to Times Square, Central Park, MoMa and the heart of 5th Ave. It's also very well connected with three different subway entrances, and lots of different lines. It was very clean, and a little small, but cozy. There was some noise from a turbine in the patio, but, since it was winter and the windows were closed, it was almost unnoticeable (in summer it might get annoying!).
