These apartments are in a typical brownstone: one of them is on the first floor and the other is on the ground floor with a back yard garden.
The ground floor is an open-plan studio apartment with a double bed, a couch and an extra single bed. The back garden is perfect for having a barbeque or enjoying your morning breakfast and is a real luxury in the city of New York. The kitchen/dining room is spacious and is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to make a meal. As it is a ground floor, there is not too much natural light in the house, but the garden will compensate this lack of sunlight. The décor is simple, with old fashioned furniture. The bathroom has a shower and there is a flat screen TV.
The first floor apartment is somewhat smaller. It has one bedroom with a double bed and a large TV screen, a small full bathroom with tub and a kitchen/dining room which faces the street. It is a bit more stylish than the garden apartment, with a parquet floor and a sofa bed for two. There is also a fire place perfect for cold winter evenings.

Good and very clean appartment with nice garden and good air condition. Subway station, many shops, Starbucks and McDonalds very near to the appartment. We both (2 woman - 20 and 43 years old) had never problems in the area of Harlem. We would book this appartment again for our next visti to NY.

Die Wohnung liegt nicht weit weg von der U-Bahn, war sauber und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war Spitze. Wir haben beim Einzug eine Liste mit den wichtigsten Daten erhalten und konten auch jederzeit anrufen. Das Schlafzimmer ist nach hinten so das man vom Verkehr überhaupt nichts mitbekommen hat, im Gegenteil, wir wurden mit Vogelgezwitscher geweckt :)

Absolutely wonderful location accesible to transport and great and cheap sould food. Will definetly return and use this accomodation when we return to New York. Lodging is clean and very comfortable.
